Incorporate some hands-on learning with real bamboo plants. Enjoy propagating bamboo with your learners; they’ll be amazed to see the roots start sprouting. The versatility of bamboo presents a great opportunity to incorporate lessons about plants and what living things need to survive. Bamboo really is an amazing grass, being able to grow both with soil and without it. You can set up an experiment with your learners comparing bamboo growth in water verses its growth in soil. Have fun decorating pots with panda themed designs.
